Each phase of accreditation presents unique challenges. To successfully navigate this process it is critical that the institution instill a culture of cooperation, engagement, and learning across faculty, staff, and students. In the preparation phase, solid coaching from external sources can be crucial. Support from the top and a strong accreditation liaison officer can make the difference in how smoothly the process unfolds. For both USF and the United States International University, the accreditation process was arduous but systematic and led to the establishment of a culture of engagement and evidence. This session gathers a group of subject matter experts who will speak from three different perspectives: that of the campus, the coaches and the visiting team. The session will lead off with some introductory comments from the panel and then involve the audience in an open forum for questions and discussion
