The accreditation process can be used as an effective pathway to sustainability through the alignment of institutional resources. Moreno Valley College, LA Southwest College, Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science, and Southern California University of Health Sciences - institutions representing both community and senior colleges - will highlight applications of leadership and planning from their accreditation processes. The accreditation issues will be described from the perspectives of President, Faculty member, Dean and Board member. The presenters will share accreditation checklists and other materials, and attendees are invited to join the discussion.
