This poster shares the development and result of the implementation of a strategic plan by the School of Education at National University for meeting the challenge of the continuous improvement of instruction. The strategic plan of the School of Education included the following components: 1)utilizing the PEP process to obtain continuous improvement by elevating all School of Education courses to the premier level, 2) using an E-Companion (the online course) to help onsite instructors utilize online improvements to the course as a supplement to their own instruction, thus quickly elevating onsite courses to the premier level of the online course; and 3) taking every opportunity to share with school and university leaders and faculty the progress being made. The ultimate benefit was the improvement of the quality of instruction for all courses, both online and onsite, within a three year period of time.
