Brandman University utilizes multiple methods and measures throughout the Administrative Services Credential program to gauge each candidate's competency. A "Demonstration of Mastery" model has been adopted as the primary means of candidate and program assessment. This model assumes that as candidates demonstrate competency in their fieldwork, it is possible to extrapolate information that will provide insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the program and its various components. Using this model, University Supervisors have identified a number of relative strenghths and weaknesses. Student were very positive in their narrative comments regarding the quality of the program; they were particularly pleased to be instructed by educational administrators who are highly respected in their fields.
