From conceptualizing the program review process, to obtaining data across campus, to utilizing data in decision-making, successful program review relies heavily on collaboration. This session will share journeys of collaboration at two different institutions. Azusa Pacific created a single, cohesive program review process spanning three educational levels (undergraduate, master's and doctoral). Cal Lutheran developed an innovative way to connect program review data with planning and budgeting -- the result of collaboration between the offices of Planning and Budgeting and Educational Effectiveness. Both institutions will share products of the collaboration and discuss the feedback to date.
