Stephanie Juillerat, Associate Dean, Azusa Pacific University; Barbara Rex, Director of Planning and Budget, and Halyna Kornuta, Director of Institutional Effectiveness, California Lutheran University From conceptualizing the program review process, to obtaining data across campus, to utilizing data in decision-making, successful program review relies heavily on collaboration. This session will share journeys of collaboration at two different institutions. Azusa Pacific created a single, cohesive program review process spanning three educational levels (undergraduate, master's and doctoral). Cal Lutheran developed an innovative way to connect program review data with planning and budgeting -- the result of collaboration between the offices of Planning and Budgeting and Educational Effectiveness. Both institutions will share products of the collaboration and discuss the feedback to date.
