This workshop will outline and discuss the elements of an effective integrated system of program review, planning, and resource allocation that will enable institutions to continually assess their effectiveness, create a culture of informed decision-making leading to sustainable continuous quality improvement of institutional effectiveness and educational quality. Participants will have the opportunity to use a set of simulated data to inform curricular and programmatic changes.
